We are one of few clinics in Australia with specialist vestibular equipment that can assist our Audiologists in assessing vestibular system. Vestibular rehabilitation will ease the attack of vertigo, meniere’s disease and associated balance, dizziness and light headedness.

The balance system of our body is extremely complex. However around 70% of vertigo cases are easily treated. Your initial consultation will take 90 minutes. As a result of this appointment your audiologist can recommend vertigo treatment options or further in-depth investigation of your balance symptoms if this is required. In some cases treatment is available on the spot.

This is a private health service, therefore a doctor’s referral is not necessarily required. Depending on your medical health fund and your level of cover, you may receive a partial refund.

  My review are on the staffs that was involved in my very first visit at Ear Studio on the 3rd of October 2025.

Sue and Natalie whom I’ve called and spoken to many times before and after the appointment, was helpful and polite. And I can actually hear their smile.

As I do not have any preference who to consult with, I was put into the hands of Vestibular Audiologist Heba Hamdan. She’s lovely and friendly. I was at easy with her immediately.  I think it’s the tone of her voice. Gentle and caring. When I presented my concern, she was really helpful and took time to assess, explain and answer all my questions
She was obling with my request to help me with my ENT appointment - to bring to an earlier date. i.e. she will need to take time making that call to the ENT that I've already made the appointment with.

Time wise, I did not have to wait for long. So, I'll say that she's pretty much on time.

  My appointment was with Sandra and it went pretty smoothly. She is so calm and patient and shared a lot of useful information with me. The whole process was super comfy from booking appointments to getting the procedure done. It’s also a 5-6 mins walk from castle hill metro station, so that helps as well.
