Even the best hearing aids can only work if the ears have some hearing left. For some people with profound hearing loss there comes a point where the hearing aid cannot work effectively anymore. In those cases, a cochlear implant may be the solution.

In an initial consultation we assess your hearing and the function of your current hearing solution. We will first make sure you are receiving the best possible benefit from traditional hearing aids before assessing if you may be a candidate for a cochlear implant.
Once we found that you do not benefit from traditional hearing technology we will conduct a comprehensive multi-faceted investigation. This includes special hearing and balance assessments and a range of tests conducted through your GP and ENT Specialist.
If you were found to be a candidate for a cochlear implant your ENT Surgeon will implant the electronic device under general anesthesia and you will then see us for ongoing audiological care and fine tuning of your hearing implant.
It’s what makes us not only different, but unique to other hearing health providers that ensures we deliver
consistent and positive hearing outcomes.
